Torstaina Suomi koululla vietettiin Halloween-juhlia. Paikalle saapui monenmoisia hahmoja.

The Finnish School celebrated Halloween on Thursday. All kinds of creatures made an appearance that day.

Hämähäkinseittiin oli joutunut kurpitsoja, joita jahdattiin innokaasti.

Pumpkins had gotten caught in the spiderweb, and the kids set out to collect them.

Airi-ope levitteli luokkaan höyheniä päivän teeman väreissä ja sekös sai aikaan innostusta pienten oppilaiden keskuudessa.

Teacher Airi sent feathers flying in the classroom--all in colors fitting the theme of the day--and the small students were all excited about it.

Kouluun oli eksynyt myös noita, joka hämmensi aakkossoppaa. Keitoksesta löytyivät lasten nimien alkukirjaimet.

A witch had also ended up at the school: she made alphabet soup in her cauldron. The soup contained the initials of the group's children.

Jaanan johdolla askarreltiin hienoja kynttilälyhtyjä sekä pelottavia kummituksia painamalla valkoisia kädenjälkiä mustalle pohjalle. Miten upeita ideoita jälleen kerran!

Jaana lead the children in crafting wonderful lanterns and scary ghosts by pressing white hand prints onto a black surface. What great ideas once again!

Inkkari-ope luki lopuksi jännittäviä tarinoita kummituksista, jotka osasivat ihan oikeasti kadota itse kirjan sivuilta!

The American Indian-teacher ended the day with scary stories about ghosts that literally disappeared from the pages of the book!

Hurjaa Halloweenia kaikille!

Have a horrifying Halloween, everybody!
